– Booking system

We have a daily usage of the Evitbe Interago® booking system, an IT system for customer communication and modern event administration. It gives us the possibility to do surveys and invitations as well as providing us with a dynamic platform for bookings regarding hospitality items such as lunches, seminars, parking and social events. 

The system includes 6 different communication channels; Internet, e-mail, SMS, MMS, telephone and Print Direct. 

 

 

– Evaluation & follow-up

We put great weight in following up on our hospitality events after they have taken place. Statistics from the booking system and several surveys are the foundation of event reports we conduct as an evaluation of each specific project.
